1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beatviz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beatviz provides an online music visualization tool that allows users to create video visualizations from audio files. The Service includes a web-based editor, cloud rendering, and video hosting.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the videos you create. By uploading content, you grant Beatviz a limited license to process, store, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have rights to use
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if unsatisfied.

7. Video Storage & Expiration

Free plan videos expire after 30 days. Pro plan videos are stored for 1 year. Unlimited plan videos are stored indefinitely. We will notify you before deleting expired content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Beatviz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
