Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, name, and profile image (from Google OAuth or provided by you).

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, render history, and device information (browser, OS).

Content: Audio files you upload and videos you create. These are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.

Payment Data: Processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process your renders and store your videos
  • Send transactional emails (render complete, account updates)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product (via privacy-friendly analytics)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany) and Cloudflare’s global network. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Audio files are deleted after rendering. Video files follow your plan’s storage policy (30 days for Free, 1 year for Pro, indefinite for Unlimited). You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data (data portability)
  • Object to processing

7. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: For sign-in. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing. Subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare R2: File storage. Subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Resend: Transactional emails. Subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Sentry: Error tracking (no personal data collected).

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie banner is required.
